10 Marlo Road, Marlo: Development Plan
Have your say
Plans for a 105-lot residential development in Marlo have been prepared and are now available for public feedback.
The plan shows the proposed road network within the development, the proposed layout of the estate, and the location of footpaths, reserves, and vehicle entry points to the estate.
The land, at 10 Marlo Road, Marlo, will be subdivided in five stages.
The aim of the public consultation is to inform both council and the community.
The purpose of the Development Plan is to establish at a high level at the beginning of the development, how the development will be staged and look on the ground as it unfolds.
East Gippsland Shire Council needs to know what the community’s views are on developments in order to make informed decisions. In turn, the community needs to know about planned developments so they can, if needed, provide suggestions for any improvements before any approvals are granted.
Feedback on the Development Plan for 10 Marlo Road, Marlo can be in writing or online through council’s engagement portal.
