A Big Thank You
It was another good year for Coyote/TNT music. Producing music is a tough business and we feel fortunate to have such loyal customers as you.
Other Things Personal
Hope your winter passed without a hitch. Ours has been a rocky one. We were scheduled to spend the month of Jan. in Orlando Florida. We planned the trip so we could be near Dot’s brother Al who was in a nursing home nearby. We were scheduled to leave for Orlando Dec. 28. However, on Dec. 22 my eye surgeon decided that I needed surgery on my right eye right away. I was scheduled for surgery Jan. 3, I got a second opinion Jan.2 and was told that I could postpone the surgery for a while. However, by the time I got this reprieve, I had cancelled all my Jan. Florida plans. Maybe it was God's will that we were finally able to spend the last two weeks of Jan. with Al at Longwood Nursing home in Longwood, Florida. Al’s birthday was Feb. 2 and we were all at his bedside to celebrate his last day on earth. Al passed away Feb. 3rd . May he rest in peace.

A little bit of square dance choreography -
From a static square most of us, including myself, use heads or sides Square Thru to get to a box corner. I would like to share with you a few Square Thru equivalents that I use.
- FLUTTER WHEEL….SWEEP ¼….PASS THRU
- STAR THRU….CALIFORNIA TWIRL
- STAR THRU….R & L THRU....PASS THRU
- TOUCH ¼….BOYS RUN
- TOUCH ¼….SCOOT BACK....GIRLS TURN BACK
Most of the above Square Thru equivalents can be used as an Allemande Left
get out from normal 1P 2 P lines.
If you have a special something that you use in your calling, please share it with us.
Some things to ponder -
- Ants: a small insect that, though always at work, still finds time to go to picnics.
- “ We act as though comfort and luxury were the chief requirements of life, when all that we really need to make us really happy is something to be enthusiastic about” - Charles Kingsley
Until next time, just remember,
If The Coyote Don’t Get You, The TNT will.
Sincerely,
Don Coy
