Well, here we are, at the end of another shooting season. I have so appreciated all of you have sent in Match Reports and pictures for the Shooting Blog. It's been especially nice for me to get to know all of you better and finally be able to put names with faces. I'm going to miss not seeing you guys on the weekends, so hopefully I will see many of you in Phoenix for the Berger Southwest Nationals. Thankfully, Minneapolis Rifle Club has a great indoor range with electronic targets! It will help to tide Erik over during the Winter months, and enable me to get some practice in for next year.
As far as the Weekly Newsletter is concerned, I haven't quite decided how or what it will be during the Off Season. I will let you know in the next newsletter. I might go down to once or twice a month, and if any of you want to submit something, such as articles or any shooting related information, I'll definitely include it. I will also keep the Calendar up to date, so you can always look there for new events at any of the affiliated clubs.
Have a Great Week!

"The Story of Brad"...
After Brad Yliniemi's recent victory at the MN State Championship Offhand Match, many have been wondering how he got his start in shooting. Here's an article written by a local Shooting Historian that's accurate and impressive!
SHOUT OUT to all of you who are sending in Match Reports for the blog! Keep sending them in, as it helps give new and current shooters a feel for what the different matches and shooting ranges are like. Your reports don't have to be lengthy, just a small blurb with the match scores, and one or two pictures is all I need!
