Dear Friends,

As we approach 5780, we want to thank you all for your participation in the incredible growth of Mercaz over the last year. Let's take a moment to reflect together on how far we have come and where we are headed.

Some of our accomplishments in 5779:
  • Sukkah hop and Simchat Torah party

  • A packed and fun Chanukah Jam

  • Introduced membership structure to our community, with over 30 member families/individuals to date

  • Weekly Shabbat morning tefilah

  • A lively and snowy Winter Shabbaton

  • 2nd annual Women’s Megillat Esther reading with 25 participants

  • Assisted in launching the Seattle Nigun Collective

  • Mercaz Shavuoton at Camp Solomon Schechter with 115 participants

  • Beautifying and increasing the functionality of our current space

  • Growth of a development committee and development plan

For 5780, we are already hard at work to bring you:

  • Increased programming for children of all ages

  • Collaboration with the global Hakhel initiative

  • Annual parlor meeting on November 3rd (save the date)

  • More events, more learning, more friends

We hope to see you over the Chagim.
