Weight Loss Bootcamps in Milton Keynes

Hey there it's your boy Dave T.

Bootcamp kicked off to a huge start this week with campers showing their true grit and determination to not hit snooze and make it to Medbourne Pavilion for 6.15 am

My hats off to you.

What's even more epic is that the weight loss journey has only just begun and already there has been quite a bit of weight loss since the start.

It's what happens when you commit to the task.

Bootcamp sessions this week have taken a slightly cinematic theme and without giving too much away the Marvel universe has been used as inspiration.

This week's recipe can save you when you find yourself reaching for the high fat party food (crisps/chocolate) or the vending machine - - - > Banana & Peanut Butter Protein Bars.

It's such a beautiful setting in the mornings and to get up for a 6.15am workout is awesome!
