Weight Loss Bootcamps in Milton Keynes

Hey there bootcampers.

Last week bootcamp rocked with some awesome weight loss results achieved by members (more on that below).

Personally I think the Marvel universe theme helped as we mimicked the (alleged) workouts of The Hulk, Captain America and Thor :)

I can't quite decide which of the workouts were my favourite although the Thor workout was pretty slick.

This week's protein packed recipe can be had for lunch or breakfast, maybe even dinner if served with a side of roast veg couscous: Salmon and Broccoli Scramble.

This week's forecast looks set for lower temperatures, similar to last week and rain on Thursday but dry for the rest of the week.
 
SHOUT OUTS

This week's shout out goes to Jane Webb for losing an amazing 5lbs in three weeks at bootcamp.

Jane has followed our simple nutrition guide and turned up to the early morning bootcamp sessions at Medbourne three times a week for 45 minutes a session.

Well done Jane - my prediction is that positive results like this will continue into the future.

A shout out also goes out to all that turn up to sessions and make an effort to give everything you've got and make awesome health and fitness gains week in, week out.
