The litter pickers were hard at work this last weekend, cleaning up around Hastings Road footbridge, the east end of the beach and Wainwright Road carpark area. Our grateful thanks to all who volunteered. Biffa collected 30 bags of rubbish which would have otherwise been littering our street and beach, causing damage to wildlife and being an unpleasant eyesore.
News from Bexhill Friends of the Down

Thanks to all of you who helped to plant another 234 trees on Bexhill Down in the past few weeks. It was great to see so many Scouts along with a good crowd of Bfotd and BEG volunteers planting together. Above are photos of (nearly!) all of the volunteers from both days and a separate photo of the Scouts.
Next Bfotd Group Litter Pick 12th Jan 2022,
next Tree Care 26th Jan 2022
Best Wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year!
