Here is a summary of important items in this week's newsletter:
🎜 YOUR HELP IS NEEDED MORE THAN EVER! Please consider helping at the last concession stand event of the year. At least 12 volunteers are needed: Friday, April 23rd! -- Details and sign-up below.
🏃 REGISTER STARTING TODAY: For the 1st Annual Virtual 5K Fundraiser. The 5K will take place April 23rd to May 7th. "Winner" will receive a $100 HEB gift card. See below to register and also buy a t-shirt!
🎺FIESTA PARADE TICKETS: Deadline is TODAY: Action is needed for those with tickets for canceled parades. See below for two options related to purchased tickets.

🏃 Once the race starts on April 23rd through May 7th, you will submit your process for tracking online (see details when you register).

🎜 This is the last concession event of the year. Please consider setting time aside to help so that we are not understaffed.

FIESTA PARADES! The parades scheduled for spring 2021 have been canceled. READ BELOW FOR OPTIONS:
🎺 PLEASE NOTE: On February 1st, parade officials canceled the spring 2021 Fiesta parades. The tickets purchased through the LEE BPA for the 2020/2021 Fiesta Parade(s) will not be honored at the 2022 parades. The tickets will no longer be valid. If you purchased tickets for this year's parade, please see below:
🎺Earlier this school year we provided you with the opportunity to either keep your seats, receive a refund for your seats, or to forfeit your seats and donate your refund to the LEE BPA for the benefit of Vols Band. At that time, if you opted to receive a refund or to donate to the band-- there is no need to do anything further. However, if at that time you opted to keep your seat tickets we now must ask you to choose one of the following options and then follow the instructions below:
OPTION 1: DONATE Donate your refund to the LEE BPA for the benefit of Vols Band. Your donation is welcome and very much appreciated!
OPTION 2: REFUND A check for the purchase price of your tickets will be mailed to you.
EMAIL Amy Mills at email@example.com with your choice of OPTION 1 - DONATION or OPTION 2 - REFUND by APRIL 5TH, 2021.
PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN YOUR EMAIL:
1.The name and email address under which the tickets were purchased.
2.Your choice of option 1 or 2.
3.If you choose Option 2 please provide the name to which you would like the check written and the mailing address to which you would like the check sent.
Please allow until the end of April for your refund request to be processed. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. And, as always, thank you for your continued support of the LEE Band!
