$25/ea • [more info & tix]This event will feature Tim Knittel of Distilled Living, a professional bourbon educator, providing one of his renowned bourbon education seminars as well as tasting the finest bourbon made in Fayette County, including Barrel House Distilling Company, James E. Pepper Distillery, Bluegrass Distillers, and more.
Entry to the Fayette County Fair is free but the this VIP event is limited to the first 400 guests & tickets are $25 prior to event; $30 at the door.

Dive deep into details you won’t typically learn on the distillery tours & come join us each month for a different bourbon experience only available at the Kentucky Castle.
September is National Bourbon Heritage month!
In celebration, we’re spending the month focusing on the major Kentucky Bourbon distilleries and brands which have created a deep heritage for our state.
We’ll taste a representative Bourbon from each distillery and dissect the flavor profile to understand the choices the distillers make for grain recipe/mash bill, yeast strain, distillation, barrel char and entry proof and aging.
