ARC, Inc. seeks to transform the U.S. criminal justice system by providing comprehensive and accurate life history investigation to decision-makers in order to inform the fates of individuals facing the most severe penalties.

Resolve to support justice in 2018

As the Director of Development for ARC, Inc., it's usually my job to make sure that the spotlight is squarely on the amazing work being done by the rest of the team here. Today, I wanted to take a few moments to speak to you more directly and ask you to consider committing to supporting our work through a monthly donation in 2018.

Recurring donations are critical to an organization like ours because they allow us to make our plans for the year based on a core set of donations we know we can count on. These gifts help us determine how much we can budget to assist clients with basic need items, project how many hours of pro bono investigation and consultation our team members can give during the year, and plan for the number of trainings we can participate in or provide.

I also hope that recurring donations make it easier for you to give. When you commit to a monthly gift of just $5 or $10, you can be confident that you are making a real difference to our work.

Since I started working with ARC, Inc. in 2016, I've gotten to witness our organization growing its efforts in so many exciting ways. That growth comes because so many of you have found ways to support our work and to take a stand for the idea that our justice system can be better than it is today.

Best,

Erin Fiaschetti

     New Year,
                 New Board

We are pleased to announce the growth of ARC, Inc.'s Board of Directors. Welcome new members Alexandra Cox, Elizabeth Lockwood, and Lauren Mims.

2018 also marks the beginning of Steve Asin's tenure as our Board President. Steve has been with ARC, Inc. from the beginning – as the person Liz and John worked with during the initial planning prior to the launch of the organization and as our Board Treasurer. Amber Kaset, a Board member since 2015, will now serve as Board Treasurer.

This year will be a significant one for ARC, Inc. Our efforts now will lay the groundwork for the kind of growth needed to create more systemic change and pursue our vision of a justice system rooted in the values of empathy, mercy, and equity.
