We are hiring - can you make a difference?

Inspire is looking to add to their lovely team of valuable Support Workers. The role involves taking our clients out and about to such places as garden centres, or on walks, bowling, cinema, football or somewhere else they would particularly like to go. Inspire supports those with Autism, Asperger, those living with Dementia or Social Isolation. There is no personal care involved, moving and handling or shift work.

If you are approachable with great communication skills, caring, honest and reliable then we want to hear from you. Hours and days to suit you with an immediate start for the right candidate. We welcome both male and female applicants.

You must be able to drive and have access to a car.
This is a self-employed position and we can help you to complete your tax return if needed. The hourly rate is £10 per hour. You will need an up to date
DBC check (Disclosure and Barring Service) which we can help you apply for, Public Liability Insurance, together with business insurance to carry passengers in your vehicle.

If you feel that you can fulfil this role and make a difference to those people who are socially isolated or provide respite for someone who is caring for a loved one, then please get in touch. Inspire and our clients need YOU.......

We currently have a male client who is wanting a Support Worker to accompany him to his local pub, for a few games of dominoes with his friends on a lunchtime (Mon, Wed or Fri) for 2 hours.
