RHF is Hiring a Senior Program Manager
The Redlich Horwitz Foundation is hiring! The Senior Program Manager will support provider agencies and New York counties with technical assistance and grants, primarily as it relates to supporting congregate care reductions, increasing kinship care and preparing for the Family First Preventive Services Act.
The Senior Program Manager will lead the coordination of RHF’s new Family First Support Center and create and manage the content, reports and tools on FamilyFirstNY.org, in addition to providing input on grant making and overall strategy at the Foundation.
The ideal candidate will have child-welfare expertise; excellent writing and communication skills; and the ability to act as a supportive coach to professional staff working at a variety of organizations.
