Wintertime Renewal

A few snapshots of recent happenings (counter-clockwise from top)!
The barn, in all it's wintery, renewing beauty.

Campers gone. Trails snowed over. Tents put away.

In this new season, with snow falling outside my office window and horses furry with warm hair, I am reminded of the importance of taking time. Step back. Review. Refresh.
Winter has long been a picture of rest and renewal for me. This year, that picture, and reality, is crystal clear. Here at Stonewater, wintertime is a very different schedule than our hectic, over-flowing season of summer adventures. God has given us, like His creation, a season of renewal. When was the last time you simply played in His creation? Have you stopped to enjoy the stillness of winter?
Yes, my schedule is filled with new program plans, horse training, local ministry, touching base with supporters, and equipment upkeep. Winter is not free of all work.
But there is a rest, a calm, in the midst of  this season. I am finding margin in my days. God is renewing me as He renews His earth.
Are you allowing Him to renew you?

Please Pray with me:

  • That I will build lasting, meaningful relationships with local youth
  • For the sleigh and team to be used well and open many doors to share Jesus & the Kingdom
  • God's guidance over new programs within the horse adventures
I love hearing from each of you, and would like to know how I can bless you through prayer, as you bless me in so many ways.

May this holiday season fill you with blessings, and may you be renewed in God's Grace and Love.

In Christ,
