Juliet's First Passover!

An homage to family traditions, Juliet’s Passover is a collaboration between Josh and sous chef Noah Clickstein.


For the first time at Juliet: 

The Passover menu is inspired by some of Josh’s favorite dishes growing up, and memories of the table that eventually sparked his interest in cuisine and his career. Definitively not a seder experience, Josh had this to say regarding the Passover experience from his kitchen when interviewed by in 2013:

It is very important to me, this collective memory, and the emotions behind it. The hope is that our guests will find something they recognize in the menu and on the plate, and they can have that same culturally reminiscent experience in our dining room. It’s not a seder; it’s just a trip down memory lane.

These limited space events are a perfect opportunity for families to come together and experience the hospitality, thankfulness, and renewal that the holiday represents. 

Passover Menu

spelt flour matzoh

artichoke salad. english peas, fava beans, asparagus, poached egg, gefilte fish

optional supplement:
matzoh brei. heirloom grains matzoh, farm fresh eggs, spring onions, smoked whitefish roe

braised beef brisket. melted cabbage, rosemary + garlic potatoes, horseradish, caramelized onion 

Turkish Passover cake. almonds, oranges, saffron

Served only four nights, Friday - Saturday April 19 - 20 and Wednesday - Thursday April 24-25, seating for Passover at Juliet is limited. Reservations are highly encouraged, as the restaurant only has limited space to accommodate walk in diners.

Did you know? 

Juliet is open between lunch and dinner daily (except Sundays, sorry) for an aperitivo hour(s), 3-6pm. We serve our full menu all afternoon, including our recommended options from the snacks and charcuterie sections tp go along with our full beverage menu of wine, beer, and cocktails. Don't be shy, if the door is unlocked, we are serving, all day.
