Juliet's First Passover!

An homage to family traditions, Juliet’s Passover is a collaboration between Josh and sous chef Noah Clickstein.

For the first time at Juliet:

The Passover menu is inspired by some of Josh’s favorite dishes growing up, and memories of the table that eventually sparked his interest in cuisine and his career. Definitively not a seder experience, Josh had this to say regarding the Passover experience from his kitchen when interviewed by JewishBoston.com in 2013:

It is very important to me, this collective memory, and the emotions behind it. The hope is that our guests will find something they recognize in the menu and on the plate, and they can have that same culturally reminiscent experience in our dining room. It’s not a seder; it’s just a trip down memory lane.

These limited space events are a perfect opportunity for families to come together and experience the hospitality, thankfulness, and renewal that the holiday represents.
