We are looking for motivated, low-income women in transition seeking the kind of life change our program can provide.
We offer our students a ten-week training program designed to prepare them for employment in the culinary field. Our training program includes:
- Proper food safety and sanitation processes and ServSafe certification
- Customer service best practices
- Recipe measurements and development
- General baking and cake decorating techniques
The training is both curriculum-based and hands-on, and includes a biweekly stipend, transportation reimbursement, daily lunch, and individual mentoring. More information on our training program can be found here.
