Public Relations News
Estes In the News
Through Visit Estes Park’s marketing and pitching efforts, Estes Park has been showcased in a number of impressive publications this year.  A few we would like to share include:

Big Life Online and Print: “A Town We Love: Estes Park, CO”
This article, a result of hosting the writer, Austen Diamond, during the Legacy Adventure FAM in August 2016, is a large feature highlighting Estes Park. It highlights the founding and history of Estes Park, world class climbing, activities, events, restaurants and accommodations. Austen includes a "bucket List" section, describing eight of the activities he experienced while in the destination. He also includes "eat" and "stay" sections. Read the article!

Money Magazine: “Best in Travel in 2017”
This article lists the best U.S. destinations for 2017 and ranks Estes Park #2 in the country!  This article highlights authentic and affordable adventures that are offered year-round including hiking, biking, fishing, snowshoeing, and backcountry skiing.  This is a direct result of Visit Estes Park’s pitching efforts.  Read the article!

Coming Soon: Brand Champions
You will soon be hearing more about VEP crowning a “Brand Champion.” To partner with us on this exciting new program, start thinking about anyone you know in Estes (resident, student, employee, manager, owner) who has provided someone an exceptional experience here in town.  Maybe you know of a volunteer who deserves special recognition.  Or an employee who went out of their way to help a guest find what they needed.  There are many examples of our local residents being hospitable and representing the Estes Park brand - where we treat everyone like a guest, even each other!  Feel free to contact us with examples, as we will soon be crowning a Brand Champion each month and they will be recognized with a prize that will include gifts from area merchants, media coverage and a designated downtown parking space!
Virtual Tour
The best way to showcase your business is from inside and out. Join in on the wildly successful Virtual Tour located on the Visit Estes Park homepage and listing tabs with over 100,000 page views already this year. Guests can glide over the Estes Valley via 20 aerial shots and pop into any of the 45+ businesses already participating in the Virtual Tour. State-of-the-art technology was used to capture jaw-dropping drone imagery and 360-degree views. The Virtual Tour is now also virtual-reality compatible, allowing guests to take a step into the Estes Valley and your business, from wherever they may be virtually planning their visit to Estes Park. Don’t miss out on this minimal investment of $300 for inside and outside filming. Shooting is only done in the Spring and Summer, so now is the time to schedule an appointment! Contact Abi Huebner to schedule your shoot or learn more!
Website Advertising
