Community event on Wednesday evening:
View this email in your browser

Close to 50,000 people in Hamilton rely on social assistance as their primary source of income.  For those on Ontario Works or the Ontario Disability Support Program, there are incredible challenges to overcome.

On Wednesday night, you'll have an opportunity to hear from community members who shared their experiences for the 2016 'Social Audit'.  Through stories and video, these first-person accounts of poverty point to possibilities for the future...and the importance of encouraging real policy change for society's most vulnerable members!

Wednesday, February 15th at 7pm
Nicholas Macini Centre - 44 Hunt Street, Hamilton
(behind the Cathedral near Dundurn and King Streets)
