Avila Ranch is a proposed community of 720 homes that also aims to be our city's first Net-Zero community. that means that the project will produce just as much energy as it consumes through efficiency and on-site generation. 

the project also features 18 acres of pet friendly parks, major traffic improvements surrounding the site, innovative water conservation, green design & efficiency, almost 3 miles for cyclists & hikers, and the preservation of 27 acres for sustainable agriculture.
