Think Before You Buy Campaign Closing date: 6th March
At the previous Western Regional Drugs Task & Alcohol Task Force (WRDATF) committee meeting on the 31st January 2020, a detailed discussion took place on cocaine use in the region.
In discussing a response to this ongoing issue, a presentation of an awareness campaign used by both the North-Western Regional Drugs Task & Alcohol Task Force (NWRDATF) and Blanchardstown Local Drug & Alcohol Task Force (BLDATF) was shown.
This awareness campaign comprised of two posters and a video outlining the link between organised crime and social/recreation drug misuse. See posters and link below.
GCCN members are invited to review and critique both the posters and the video and provide feedback at email@example.com before Friday, 6th March 2020.
Please, if possible, indicate in your feedback how best the WRDATF can target the varied substance-using cohorts with this campaign.
Alternatively, if you find this awareness campaign unsuitable for the Western Region please forward any other proposals you may have.
