Happy February!  I hope your year is off to a great start!  With all things LOVE all around us this month, I want to remind you of a few important things...
* God loves you just as you are.  You need not be, do or earn His love.  He created you just as you are & He declared you good.  I invite you to receive these words...and His love.
* It is important to exercise to keep your heart healthy.  February is a great time to schedule that follow up appointment your doctor to check blood pressure, cholesterol or any other health condition.
* We are called to love others.  Whether you are into Valentines Day or not, use this as a prompt to say thank you, write someone a letter and tell them you were thinking about them, or do a random act of kindness for a friend.

Frozen Yogurt With Berries
Here is an easy, fun, tasty recipe the whole family will love this Valentine's Day.  Frozen Yogurt with Berries is bound to get on your list of family favorite desserts.  A bonus, it is healthy for you too!!  It calls for plain yogurt sweetened with Agave, but if you don't like that, you can use vanilla yogurt as well.  It will wow your family, or if you are having a date night in, your husband will be impressed with how beautiful and tasty this dessert is.  I hope you try it.  You are bound to love it!

Saturdays 7:00 - 8:00 AM
