OmniCommerce™ Cloud Services

Drive and manage your ATM, POS, mobile, and ecommerce transactions from the cloud!  ICP’s OmniCommerce Switching Services are now available in the cloud.  The services take advantage of the Microsoft Azure’s built in redundancy, on-demand scalability, and geographically diverse PCI/DSS certified data centers to provide guaranteed availability, scalability, security, and accessibility anywhere the cloud is available.   

 
OmniCommerce™ Card Management Services

Significant enhancements to our Card Management Services are underway.  We’re transforming our proprietary card base to a Microsoft SQL Server based system.  Support for chip (EMV) cards, anonymous, virtual, and payroll cards will be available (as supported by issuer).  Along with this comes new and enhanced reporting capabilities to identify: expiring cards, customer and transaction trends, most active/least active accounts, cards pending activation, and an abundance of other reporting capabilities.  Available 3rd quarter 2016.

 
OmniCommerce™ Customer Service Portal

Coinciding with the enhancements to our Card Management Services, a new Customer Service Portal to accommodate Call Center/Customer Service Center needs will be available.  Customer service representatives will be able to access real-time card status, transaction history, open-to-by and ATM limits.  Those with the appropriate permissions will also be able to update card status, increase limits, change fees, initiate transactions and complete voice authorizations on behalf of customers (when applicable).  Available 4th quarter 2016.

  
OmniCommerce™ Customer Web Portal

Cardholders will have access to their accounts via a new secure customer web portal.  The ability to request a card, activate their account, set/change their PIN, enable/disable account, configure bank and other card accounts for loading and transferring of funds or making payments (where available), display/print card history, recent activity, pending activity, setup alerts for: purchase, deposit, payment or general transaction notifications, transaction and available limit thresholds, activity outside geographical limits, etc.  Many of these same functions will be available via the IVR interface as well.  Available 3rd quarter 2016.


OmniCommerce™ MIP Interface
ICP is implementing a MasterCard Interface Point (MIP) with MasterCard which is scheduled to be completed 2nd Quarter 2016.  Visa Access Point (VAP) implementations have also been deployed on the OmniCommerce™ platform.  Your organization can be positioned to take advantage of cost savings and other features provided via direct interfaces to card associations when volumes and processing needs dictate.
 

OmniCommerce™ Monitoring Services

An external set of services are being developed to monitor OmniCommerce™ applications, connections, device status, and application logs.  The overall health of the OmniCommerce™ operating environment will also be monitored to include: available disk space, RAM, CPU utilization, network activity/utilization, number of file handles, threads, and disk I/O.  The ability to set notification thresholds for the measured services will be available with alerts/notifications sent via email, text, and audible/visual dashboard interface.

Customers will also be able to set notification for specific device statuses and thresholds which include: ATM peripheral statuses (cash handler, printer, card reader, depository), inactivity thresholds, min/max transaction activity thresholds, denial thresholds, transaction timeout thresholds, etc.  Available 3rd quarter 2016.

 
Additional ATM Vendor and Kiosk Support

OmniCommerce™ now supports Nautilus Hyosung, Triton, Genmega, Hantel, and other ATM vendors that offer Hyosung/Triton Standard message interfaces.  Genmega devices with bulk note recyclers (bill acceptor and cash recycler) have recently been certified on OmniCommerce™ which provide for additional transaction/revenue opportunities in the form of cash bill payments, prepaid/stored value card loading, mobile account top-up, etc.
 

U.S. Acquiring and Issuing

ICP currently offers ATM and POS acquiring transaction processing in the U.S. via our WorldPay relationship and are scheduled to certify our OmniCommerce™ switch with WorldPay 2nd Quarter 2016 – to include EMV support.  ICP, through its relationship with Hallmark Trust Limited and Hallmark Financial, can issue MasterCard debit, credit, and prepaid card programs.  Innovative Computer Professionals, Inc. is a registered Agent of Citizens Bank, N.A.
