Guest Avail Mark Hancock

CEO Trail Life USA

The Trail Life family has added 46 Troops in the past 42 days! Join us in welcoming 10 new Troops this week.

As lawsuits, possible bankruptcy and declining numbers for the Boy Scouts. There is a future for the Boys in the Trail Life family.

As reported in the Washington Post: "It has been a tumultuous time for the Boy Scouts of America. Youth membership has declined more than 26 percent in the past decade. Then, last year, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints announced it would be cutting ties with the organization. The church had been the largest participant in the Boy Scouts program in the United States, making up nearly 20 percent of all youth members."

Trail Life Celebrates Dramatic Growth:

Last month, more than 600 Trailmen gathered at a conference center in north Georgia for its annual Convention.  It also celebrated six years of rapid growth. Trail Life USA has grown from just an idea to nearly 30,000 members who gather weekly in 800 troops scattered in nearly all 50 states.

Trail Life USA CEO Mark Hancock states: "the first six years of TLUSA were merely a prologue to even greater things ahead. “I’ve been encouraged by our support. I’m encouraged by the strength of the leaders here. We’ve got a very deep bench. It’s going to be a good year for us.”

“If you are committed to truth, history may not be kind to you...Give up on the idea that the popular culture will celebrate what you do...we have to be willing to live in a world that may reject everything about us.” Mark Hancock, CEO of Trail Life USA.
