January 2023 COVID Info Commons Webinar

We invite you to join the COVID Information Commons (CIC) on Tuesday, January 31st from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. (EST) for our next Research Lightning Talks Webinar!

During each webinar, researchers leading NIH, CDC, and NSF-funded research projects share their COVID-19 research findings and answer questions from the community. Hear their insights and develop new collaborations to tackle the coronavirus pandemic!

Mark Lurie, Brown University. Mobility Analysis for Pandemic Prevention Strategies (MAPPS). Funded by NSF Chemical, Bioengineering, Environmental and Transport Systems (CBET).

Peter Pirolli, Florida Institute for Human & Machine Cognition, Inc. Computational Theory of the Co-evolution of Pandemics, (Mis)information, and Human Mindsets and Behavior. Funded by NSF Behavioral and Cognitive Sciences (BCS).

Rebecca Powell, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Comprehensive assessment of SARS-CoV-2-reactive antibodies in human milk to determine their potential as a COVID-19 therapeutic and as a means to prevent infection of breastfed babies. Funded by NIH, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
