THRIVE would like to welcome Jaspa Urena. Jaspa was born & raised in Lawrence, MA (Indigenous land of the Pawtucket, Pennacook & Wabanaki Confederacy) and their pronouns are they/them/theirs. They are passionate about Land Sovereignty, Anti-Colonization, Prison Abolition, Intergenerational Healing, and the total dismantling of interlocking systems of domination.

In order to co-create autonomous and meaningful change in this world, Jaspa believes it is crucial that people come together around their shared traumas, dreams and desires. We welcome Jaspa as one of our new Community Building & Volunteer Coordinators within the THRIVE community.

GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities, it is a day that encourages people to do good. We will use the funds raised from GivingTuesday to address emerging needs for core members and share care packages around the holidays.

On December 6th, 2020 we will be hosting our first virtual THRIVES GIVING, for all past and present members of THRIVE. We will have a very fun trivia night! Prizes to be announced later.
