The Kickstarter for Dominic & Claire Circus is nearing its end; it has 3 days left to go and is set to end late Friday night on Feb. 28. At the time of this writing, the Kickstarter hovers around 68% and is about $325 away from hitting its funding goal.
According to my training and research, my chances of funding fully are extremely high. The chance that I will meet the funding goal is 97%. Once the Kickstarter is funded, I will finish up Dominic & Claire Circus, get the comic printed once the funds clear and send out the rewards.
Now we must talk about something unpleasant. While the numbers are on my side, there is the remote possibility the Kickstarter may fail by not making its funding goal. That probably will not happen. If it does though...
...My plans won't change completely. In the event we don't make the goal, I will try another Dominic & Claire comic later on this year - and also work in my upcoming picture book characters, Hilda & Richie, into it. The next thing on my agenda is a Kickstarter for a comedy Western of mine, Poison Ivy Gulch. That however is another story for another time.
But I do not aim to fail. I am using very resource at my disposal to get the Kickstarter fully funded. Even though my chances of success are high, I can't sit around. I will continue soliciting this amazing comic until the Kickstarter ends.
So go back Dominic & Claire Circus now!
