Understanding Commodity Codes

An introduction course providing candidates with fundamental skills and knowledge to prepare and process a system of classifying their parts for both import and export. It is fully supported with user friendly and up-to-date notes (including practical experience on classifying products using the UK Global Tariff) to ensure the skills learned can be used effectively back in the workplace.

BCC research finds little love for EU Trade Deal

Slovenia is a relatively unknown destination, but its central European location and close transport links to Asia means it will be of interest to many UK-based businesses.
This practical session, hosted by the British Chambers of Commerce, the British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and Spirit Slovenia, will offer the opportunity to hear why Slovenia might be the place for your European business hub, from a selection of key industry leaders and politicians.
The announced special guest speaker will be the Slovenian Minister of Economic Development and Technology, Minister Zdravko Počivalek and will be joined by a panel of key business leaders who are currently operating in Slovenia.

BCC research finds little love for EU Trade Deal

New research carried out by the British Chambers of Commerce of more than 1,000 businesses has highlighted a host of issues with the UK’s trade deal with Europe. The BCC believes urgent steps should be taken to address these problems so the UK Government’s ambition to increase the number of firms exporting can be met.
