The Wolf Pack is excited to welcome you to join us for Wild Hearts, an alternative Valentines Day Retreat!

This day is a chance to gather and enjoy a variety of practices that will encourage you to explore different ways to express self-care & self acceptance. Whether it’s; pouring love & kindness into others, nurturing your physical body with movement & massage, sharing experiences, opening into the heart with sound or allowing yourself to rest.

Wild Hearts Day Retreat invites you to be brave, to be open & to explore the many layers of your heart with the love & support of the Wild Wolf’s community.

What to expect in each event:

The day begins early with a morning meditation to gather ourselves, set intention and rise into the cove of the heart.

Followed by Energising Flow with Jude, the flow will be powerful with a sweet rest at the end: working towards both strengthening and releasing all around the shoulders and the chest. Invigorate, unveil and soothe the area of the heart. Jude has made an 80’s Feel Good Playlist for you to flow to!

After a short break we return with Strong Hearts Body Burn with Pip. Pip brings back Crawford, a 90’s inspiration that taught us as young women to get on board with our bodies and that becoming strong was a great thing. Leotards, leggings and an epic soundtrack at the ready. Equipment needed: a chair, mat, two hand weights1.5-3kg or two bottles of water/cartons of milk.

In the afternoon Jess and Mary lead a sharing session focused on self acceptance. There will be time to journal, contemplate and share (for those that feel like it). We can either work towards the letting go or the inviting in and we will close with a self acceptance meditation led by Mary.

In the early evening we start to wind it down with Heartfelt Restorative with Charlie & Jess. Charlie Daniels guides a 10 minute self massage and settles us in to the session with a bit of self love and care! Light some candles, gather some blankets and cushions. Jess will lead some shapes and stories to nurture the heart and stimulate the heart energy lines.

Elena Byers join for the magical mantra ceremony with the harmonium…you can listen or join in; an amazing way to feel into the expressions and range of emotions of the heart.

To complete the day we have Resting Hearts with Jess. Meditation, story time, nidra-esque visualisations, chance to integrate the days events & fall into a restful sleep.
