WINTER STORIES FROM THE STUDIO



A happy belated New Year from all of us and our first Wolf Letter of 2020. 

We are so excited to share this years offerings with you. From inspiring workshops and in depth trainings, restful retreats to a whole new cohort of Extended Classes and a brand new Wild Wolfs venture… It’s safe to say we have enough to keep you (and ourselves) busy. 

We are also pleased to announce our newest additions to the timetable:

MONDAY WILD FLOW 5.15-6PM
Join Mary Monday evenings at for her take on our signature Wild Flow, something we know you guys have been asking for for a while, starting Monday 3rd February.  Mary who originally was our Power girl, has noticed how her practice has changed over the last year, bringing more freedom and expression into her movement and is excited to teach a different styles that moves away traditional postures.


SATURDAY POWER FLOW 9.15-10.15AM
Saturday morning Power Flow has now moved to 9.15am and Nick, our newest addition to the Wolf Pack will be leading this class from now on. His simple and encouraging style will leave you feeling strong and grounded.

Keep your eyes peeled for another Saturday morning addition coming soon… .


 

TRAININGS
 

Not only do we have TJ coming back with his Level 1: 100hr Yin Yoga TT, he is also hosting a further training, Level 2. Everyone that has done his first level is itching to come back to see him. For more info about his trainings click here:

We are soon to start 'Forge Your Own Path' Advanced Training with Dan, Ash and Jambo which is nearly fully booked. If you are unable to commit to the full course, we have opened up a few of the weekend sessions to be bookable as individual modules. More info on our Website.

Massages 
 

This is the Wolf Den's best kept secret. Our therapist are offering a multitude of body work and consultations in the calm and sacred space of The Den. The warm air and misty lights make massages here feel extra wholesome.  So why not treat yourself to some self care alongside your yoga practise.
