 We have been working hard to bring together our very on Summer Series of one time pop-up classes and a bunch of amazing workshops held by some pretty awesome teachers. We are so proud of all of whats going on in the studio 💗

So far, this is what's happening in June, July and August 2017. We have new workshops and new pop-up classes added almost daily! So.... watch this space

Restorative Yoga: Breath and Rest with Ash 💗   £20

Restorative Yoga is a treat for the body, nourishment for the nervous system and a necessity for the soul. Carve out this time for yourself to be supported by your breath, by props and by the magical atmosphere of the cosy studio.
Yoga and Exploring the Breath with Jez 💗  £15

Pranayama; calming or energising… balancing the breath of your body with your howl! Open up with an enjoyable one-hour Asana flow, with a short break. Followed with two hours to expanding into different techniques within Pranayama. Learning the basic anatomy of the breath, developing an understanding on how to up regulate, down regulate and balance our nervous system, and how to integrate the breath as an effective tool for resilience to mental, emotional and physical stress.
Yoga and Mindfulness, Its Nothing Personal with Morven 💗  £25/30

Learn a mindful approach to relating to the world  - how to stop "selfing" i.e taking responsibility for others' behaviour and feelings and getting caught up in personal drama. Discover a more expansive, empathic and mentally nourishing way of being with yourself and others.  Be connected to and proud of your authentic self. Practices include meditations, pranayama, dynamic and restorative yoga and personal reflection.

 🙏🏽  This transformational Forrest Yoga workshop with Taoist meditation will give you a tool to work with in your own life and make your entire yoga practise feel more than enough, because behind what is in the way, is the way to believing the sensations that you are enough. Have you noticed how much your memorised personal beliefs get in the way of you being brilliant? In love? Successful? Have you been working on self-affirmations but there is still an area of ‘not-enough’ that still gets you? These distracting and often over powering emotions become so powerful that it’s hard to just be ourselves. This workshop teaches you how to set up the appropriate environment to work with what is in your way.
Fascial Flow Workshop with Dominique 💗

Fascia Flow, a vinyasa flow workshop of movement which works with the spirals of the body and that sense of a fluid, wave like flow... less linear and static, allowing the body to move in a more 3D like way 🙏🏽  honouring the fascial network within us. Moving in a way that brings more awareness to the body's fascial network system, inviting us to connect with how the body moves as a whole rather than movement from one single area.
