This months Wild Kitchen is all about cookies! Jess's favourite recipe from Gwyneth! If sweet treats are tempting you sign up now to get the ingredients at the ready!

Wild Hearts Day Retreat is our alternative Valentines offering:, a chance to gather and enjoy a variety of practices that will encourage you to explore different ways to express self-care & self acceptance. Whether it’s; pouring love & kindness into others, nurturing your physical body with movement & massage, sharing experiences, opening into the heart with sound or allowing yourself to rest. Wild Hearts Day Retreat invites you to be brave, to be open & to explore the many layers of your heart with the love & support of the Wild Wolf’s community!

Morning Meditation with Mary: a 5 day series of morning meditation to gather ourselves, set intention and rise into the cove of heart. Finished in time to join the 7:30am morning class.

A special treat for this month, Wild Flow with Jess! An extended Saturday afternoon practice. Spirals and a strong-ish flow leading into a sweet stretch and yin-esque release towards the end.

Lastly, since creating the schedule for the Wild Hearts Day Retreat & packing the with different ways of; moving, being, expressing & resting, we got thinking a lot about balance;

Power people by day who slip into deep meditation at night, dream time yin lovers who sprint in the morning sun & body burn junkies who snuggle down for restorative! We like to keep variety on our schedule for you guys to explore many different disciplines!
