What's more versatile, delicious and hearty than a spud? They're probably the most famous thing to come from South America.

Closer to home, Gordon and Lynn Jones and their family grow an impressive range in the chocolate-coloured soils south of Warragul. Maybe not 4000 varieties like you'd find in the Peruvian Andes but a fair few nonetheless. Each is unique so get a bag of each!

If you're interested you can find out more about Andean potatoes by digging in right here and if you need inspiration on what to do with them, everyone's friend Jamie Oliver has 228 potato recipe ideas to inspire you in a new direction.

Jones Potatoes will be available this Saturday from 8am to 1pm at the Abbotsford Farmers' Market in Melbourne.

Don't forget your bags and mask and have a great weekend!
