One of the recurring conversations in the interviews we've been holding for our new Field Officer role is how delicious the produce from the farmers' markets is.
Hunting through photos to share with you for this week's newsletter, this one of the purple mustard greens that Day's Walk Farm had on their stall a couple of weeks ago really jumped out. It's easy to take the range and freshness of the produce in the farmers' markets for granted after a while, until something triggers the realisation that it is actually quite different and that we're very lucky.
We're looking forward to seeing the Field Officer get out and about to uncover more of these reminders soon!
