Couldn't resist putting a bit of an Easter theme in this week's newsletter, with the #fromtheheart photo above and the seasonal produce list below!

You may notice that these eggs from the hens reared by The Old Farm Happy Valley are white, which farmer Diego Puyol says is quite unusual.   The Old Farm Happy Valley will be at Carlton and Alphington Farmers' Markets this weekend, but you can pick up some healthy "Easter eggs" from genuine free-range or pastured egg farmers at most of our accredited farmers' markets.  And the carrots, if you find them, should be delicious too!
