We were relieved to see that only one scheduled farmers' market cancelled due to the circuit-breaker lockdown announced last Friday.
Our accredited farmers' markets are classified under lockdown restrictions as essential retail, providing fresh and locally-made produce and allowing farmers and small food businesses to stay safely connected to their customers.
Since the Covid19 outbreak began last year, we've created, updated and shared our CovidSafe Market Guidelines with hundreds of producers, managers, and government staff at local and state levels to make sure our markets and producers can keep trading.
You can find the list of upcoming markets every week on our home page and then follow the link to the CovidSafe Guidelines from there.
