BCF efforts in rural Benton County
This year, the Benton Community Foundation is working to strengthen our support of programs and services across rural Benton County, from Monroe, Alsea, and Alpine to Philomath, Blodgett, Summit, and all places in between. This fall, our team will be touring programs in those areas to learn more about current projects and how we can best support them. If your nonprofit is currently making an impact in rural Benton County and you want to participate, please let us know. We’d love to learn more about the work you’re doing and spread the word to our partners.
So far this year, BCF has provided more than $137,000 to nonprofits in rural Benton County, including the Alsea Food Bank, Coastal Range Food Bank, Strengthening Rural Families, and the South Benton Community Enhancement Association. We look forward to building on partnerships like these and listening to the concerns and challenges that affect all our neighbors.
