Limited Edition Reclaimed Earth Colors Set
Still on track to drop to artists on March 19.
This is a reminder of our new product launch, which remains on-schedule to drop to painters this Thursday, March 19. As described in our announcement email sent out last month, the colors in this set are made from pigments painstakingly reclaimed from tributaries of the Ohio River tainted by mining.
Thank you to our partners who have kept this product under wraps as we worked to put remaining assets in place. The product page is officially up-and-running, which contains copy you may use. In the last section, you can find how to make tax-deductible donations to further support this project. We have images of the set now available on our Retailer Resources portal under "Sets". There you will also find a folder of Lifestyle Images to utilize.
As a friendly reminder, we are asking for this product not to be discounted from it's $39 list price. Gamblin ignored development costs, set the price low, and are donating over 20% of sales on the set to support the clean water systems project.
Gamblin's responsibilities during these uncertain times
We realize that launching a new product during a pandemic may not be the best way to maximize sales. But our work on this project was never about the money. This set tells an inspiring and hopeful story - something all of us could use right now. And it's another great reason for a painter to stop by your store or order from you online before hunkering down for awhile.
We are all impacted by Covid-19. Part of our Brand Promise is a commitment to be kind to you, the team of people here at Gamblin, and the planet we share. We don't just talk that, we walk it.
As an initial step, we have shifted our entire office to a work-from-home model for at least the next two weeks. We will be in touch with you with more details and, individually, we'll be speaking with you regarding open and shipped orders. Please bear with us for the next 24 hours. We spent yesterday and today standing-up the tools we need to do our jobs and to support all of you.
We will stick to our Brand Promise as best we can during these uncertain times, and hope you will stick with us, too.
