Hi <<First Name>>,
Yesterday, I got the chance to drop by author Nic Starr's blog to chat about one of my favorite topics: sign languages.
Sign languages pop up frequently in my stories, including two in my recently released collection Falling Hard: Stories of Men in Love, and again in my erotic short story “What Marriage Is About,” which appears in the Sexy Little Pages anthology Silence is Golden.
Did you know there are at least 142 different sign languages around the world? That adds up to many ways to sign about love! Here are some of the ones that appear in my stories:
American Sign Language, "fall in love"
(Here's one way to say "I love you" in American Sign Language, and here's another.)
Dutch Sign Language, "I love you"
German Sign Language, "I love you"
(Here's another way to say "I love you" in German Sign Language.)
Want to learn more? Check out 20 Ways to Say I Love You In Sign Language on YouTube, or go to www.spreadthesign.com and type "I love you" in the search bar. Then click on the flag of the country whose sign language you want to learn. (Or you can do like I did and click on all 23 of them!)
