The day has finally come! Longtab will open its doors this Friday, 17 January 2020 at 5pm for a Grand Opening. Over the last weekend we held a couple of soft openings which were huge successes for us. We sent messages to a handful of folks to keep the audience small, but word spread fast and we were packed! We wanted a few practice runs to work out the kinks before officially opening the doors.
Also this week (this morning!) we opened the doors to our coffee bar. We have baristas on staff making amazing coffee, and we have delicious pastries coming in from a local vendor.
Our kitchen will be open Friday through Sunday (and Thursday next week) offering grilled paninis, brat on a pretzel bun with sauerkraut, chips and local made salsa, and massive Bavarian pretzels served with German stone ground mustard! We will also offer wine by veteran owned Texas winery Messina Hof, and sodas by Southside Craft Cola.
For the opening we will have three beers on tap: American Pale Ale, an IPA, and a Belgian Honey Blonde. We have more in the works to be released later this month including dedication beers and other special events.
Here are our hours for this week:
Friday 7am-11pm (lunch from 11-2)
Come on by for a cold beer, some great coffee and some delicious food!
Cheers and DOL!
