Satisfy the Hunger

Welcome to the latest monthly issue of the SATISFY THE HUNGER newsletter!

Satisfy the Hunger is all about satisfying the need to be able to manage life and its changes. Ayurveda is all about trusting your inner wisdom to feel good in life. This deep winter season can have us feeling out of balance, a little low and maybe a little down. We can aid ourselves to better balance through awareness. We need to become aware to what our body is communicating but we also need to stay open to change. These are the themes we are exploring this month in Satisfy the Hunger. I hope it will help you to find and trust your inner wisdom to help you navigate this final part of winter towards balance.

As readers of my newsletter you can get 10% off all my events. Just send an email directly to me at info@satisfythehunger.com to book your place and receive your discount, read on for details of events.

Go well,

Colette
