Second in Our Seasonal Half Day Wellness, Yoga & Ayurveda Retreats in a Rural Location Close to London

I am so happy to be continuing my partnership with yoga teacher Ellie Denman as we present the second in a our seasonal retreat days.  This time the focus will be winter - a season that can take us out of balance, as we battle with the weather, shorter days and the frenzy that festive season can bring.

So if you want to get refreshed, and buid that all important winter resilience come and join us.  Following feedback from our last retreat in May we have made some changes.  We are in a new and more spacious venue in the charming village of Hastoe, half an hour from London.  The wellness portion of the event is extended, so you can really get the information you need to continue with your self-care at home.  We will still be preparing delicious Ayurvedic food but having it a little earlier in the day, so no-one misses out if they have to leave early. The yoga practices will once again feature a more active and a more restorative session.  Our goody bags this time round will have wonderful products from the organic beauty company,  Neal's Yard - so all in all a new and improved experience for everyone attending.  We still only have  few places so booking is advised as tickets are already selling quickly

Our approach at Nature & Nourish is about using Yoga & Ayurvedic techniques in a practical, effective and easy way, so that they work for the indivdual in a busy, everyday world.

"Our aim is to help you find harmony with your unique self and to prepare the body and mind to thrive during the coming winter months, a season that can elevate stress levels getting you out of balance", Colette and Ellie.

The day will include:

· A basic introduction to the wellness system of Ayurveda

· An explanation of simple, effective, seasonal, self-care rituals that can be practiced at home

· Two Ayurveda based yoga practices: a dynamic, enlivening session and a nurturing restorative practice

· A delicious, Ayurvedic, 'Buddha' Bowl - created especially for the retreat using the self-healing principals of Ayurveda for a nutritious lunch

· A goody-bag full of treats, including Neals' Yard - allowing you to continue your self-care at home
