Spring is definitely in the air, the days are longer and I can feel a change in both myself and in the world around me, as the trees and plants spring into colourful, vibrant life. A fundamental principal of Ayurveda is that we are microcosms reflecting and connecting with the macrocosm. With April 22nd being International Mother Earth Day, now is a great time to get out in nature and appreciate all it has to offer us and all we can do for it.
