MANAGING CHANGE THROUGH SELF CARE

Welcome to the April issue of the SATISFY THE HUNGER newsletter!

Spring is definitely in the air, the days are longer and I can feel a change in both myself and in the world around me, as the trees and plants spring into colourful, vibrant life. A fundamental principal of Ayurveda is that we are microcosms reflecting and connecting with the macrocosm. With April 22nd being International Mother Earth Day, now is a great time to get out in nature and appreciate all it has to offer us and all we can do for it. Read on for more info on ways to nourish your life and help you manage this change to summer with self-care.

Go well
