Satisfy the Hunger

Welcome to the latest monthly issue of the SATISFY THE HUNGER newsletter!

As we head into the transition month of March our senses begin to pick up the ‘feel’ of Spring. We hear the birds as they build nests, see the bright yellow daffodils, smell the scent of the damp grass and can almost touch Spring on those slightly warmer, cloud-free days. But do we really think about how to use and maintain our senses? They have a very important place in Ayurveda, allowing, as they do, the first hints to things being out of balance for us. This is particularly important with sensory overload, endemic in our modern worlds. This edition of Satisfy the Hunger – The Newsletter - investigates the senses from different perspectives.
