Dear Sheep Vet,

Just to say that we have raised £1090 for Send a Cow and Vetlife from the webinars thanks to your generosity - thank you so much!
And welcome to our newsletters to those who have recently subscribed.

Otherwise if you have not yet had enough of webinars then you may like to tune in to a Techion (FECPAK) webinar 'Do Your Wormers Work?' on this Thursday night at 7pm.  Fiona Lovatt is joining Eurion Thomas to discuss -

  • What is the current UK status in terms of wormer resistance
  • How to test for resistance
  • What do the results mean
  • What is the difference between resistance and efficacy
  • When to use 4th and 5th wormer groups.

Please also join us in helping researchers at the University of Liverpool in advertising this survey about joint ill amongst your sheep farmers.

All UK sheep farmers are invited to take part - whether or not they get joint ill in their lambs -  there are some great prizes on offer to tempt response & it will make a terrific difference to the validity of the results if there are lots of respondents.

Please do pass the link on to your farmers https://liverpool.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/joint-ill-risk-factors-survey

Back to the Sheep Veterinary Society Flock Health Club webinars - we  really enjoyed them and have had some really encouraging feedback.
If you have missed any of the previous ones then you can access the recordings via our website www.flockhealth.co.uk/training

Best wishes, Fiona & Phillipa

With thanks to all the companies who supported us in the delivery of the webinars
