This will be the second occasion CREW have had the chance to pay tribute to the two most hard working members of our organization, since they sadly passed away in early 2020. John being one of our founder members & Treasurer, with Tony taking on the role of secretary, a position he carried out for many years. Their combined contributions steered our organization to the one we have today, the one we will continue to improve in the way they would have wanted.

A time for our members to meet one another, old and new, from our exercise classes and walking groups; a great many things have changed over the last couple of years and this will be a great opportunity for us all to meet up once again, I am sure we will have plenty to talk about as well as raising a few £'s along the way for CREW Heart support.

First Aid Training
A huge thank you to Simon at SEF First Aid Training for delivering a wonderful course for our members. Everyone had a great time as well as learning some very valuable information along the way.
We have another course that members, friends and family can attend later in the year. As soon as we have a date we will let you know.
