Welcome to Caesar's least favourite month. The bigger monthly newsletter shall follow next week. Until then we have a discreet pile of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, and associates, for you. This was spurred by this new book from Susan Woods and Patricia Rockman.

You may have noticed that our flat rate for shipping in Canada went up to $7 and our free shipping minimum little-engine-that-could-ed up to $75.
A bit of a drag but definitely in the interests of our longer term existence. Noah's list may come in handy still.

I have to say the last newsletter did get the attention of many of our Jungian leaning people. Noah has created a mini Jung store on our website in case any of you would like to dive deeper into our selection.

Hilary Jacobs Hendel made quite a splash recently over at, our friends, Leading Edge Seminars. Her book, It's Not Always Depression, is fantastic and is certainly a very rewarding impulse buy.

We are buzzing along entirely due to you folks. We take inspiration from the Bees. Those precious life giving cuties.
I will stop now and let the books do the talking. Warmest wishes from us to you.
