Hello my dears. Let it be known that June is the greatest month in the world. Hmmmm. . .ok. . .how about: THIS June shall be the greatest month in the world. I promise you that.

We have been to so many events. The ever enrapturing Mindful Society's annual event featuring Daniel Siegel, Thupten Jinpa, Cheryl Fraser, Valerie Brown, Sara Marlowe, Mare Chapman, Barry Boyce, Christopher Willard, and more! Karl was off in Gatineau for the annual conference of the Canadian Association of Music Therapists. Sam was over at the Sue Johnson Externship, Joe was at the AFCC slinging a huge number of gorgeous mediating readables, Narmada was at Addictions and Mental Health Ontario's annual conference with Tanya Talaga. Our man from the east, Noah, was helping out at various events and Janet represented at the National Eating Disorder Information Centre conference.

I could list even more events we attended but such a thing would chip away at my textual magnetism quite severely. So I have only mentioned a small fraction of the beetling around Caversham managed in May. What's up for the greatest month in the world? More beetling to be sure. See our event listings below for the riveting narrative on that thriller!

It seems my cat likes mayonnaise. Cute little thing. We have a number of lovely delivery people who bring us our books. Four of ours are Imran, Floro, Bill, and John. They are all very nice and, without them, we would have great trouble getting your books for you. There are so many vital individuals doing essential work slightly out of the limelight. Remember the Charlton Heston film? Then the Will Smith one? Last person on earth type of thing? I would not like to be that human. It would be so lonely. Even if I had a cat it would be nice for a while but then I wouldn't have time to become a vet so I, ultimately, would not be able to properly care for the cat should it get sick or something. I love my cat. I think I'll send my vet a thank you card. Listen, faithful readers, I need you guys. Especially if you know how to fix cats.

We have a history of great staff here at Caversham. Joe, Janet, Karl, Sam, Narmada, and Noah, are all top notch. They all play chess with me despite me setting up the pieces in all the wrong spots. As you read this I hope you have a nice beverage nearby. Maybe a coffee, or a tea, or a smoothie, or some sort of soothing nectar of wisdom? Speaking of wisdom we have books to discuss. Read on!
