I've noticed a pattern recently in my clients and that is a tendency to dismiss the impact of COVID19 lockdowns and the uncertainty this has caused to their own emotional well-being. While many readily acknowledge how hard it has been for those who have lost loved ones or who have experienced severe financial loss, they tend to brush over the impact on themselves - there is always someone who has had it harder. This may well be true but, either way, it is essential that you become aware of and acknowledge the impact and issues you have encountered over the past 9 months. 

In this week's video, I share a short exercise and meditation which will help you to do just that and pull out the positives to ensure you have a merry holiday season.
