By the time we've lived at least five decades,  we've typically learned that setting New Year's resolutions don't work. But should we abandon that idea altogether?

The start of a new year is a great time to reflect:  what did you accomplish? How did you improve? What would you like to see, be, or manifest this coming year? What is your vision for 2019? 

I'd like to share with you a method I use to set my New Year intentions.  I learned it from one of my coaches, and it's proven to be very effective for me. Click here for more info.

I started using this method two years ago. Each year, when I looked back, I realized how profoundly I had changed in the direction that I had set at the beginning of the year.
