It is with a great sadness that we have to report that at this time there is some uncertainty around HPT (Heartland Poker Tour). We reached out to their management and it was suggested that we remove the co-branding of our 2 x 2021 cruises. We truly hope that in the not too distant future the HPT live tour commences again and we can resume the partnership we have enjoyed with them over the past 8 years.

We will not be making any changes to our poker schedule for our January and May cruises and will still have the main events as listed. Our May cruise will still be working with LIPS (Ladies International Poker Series) and will will have a Ladies only $150 Main Event and a $340 Main Event for all.

Royal Caribbean cruises are currently cancelled thru November, 1st 2020.

So this meant all of our remaining cruises that we had scheduled in 2020 were cancelled.

Refunds
If you have had a cancelled cruise please know that Royal are working diligently through all the reservations and issuing refunds or 125% future cruise credits. Please allow 30 - 45 days for this to be completed and to see the funds back on your credit card.

Future Cruise Credit Certificates (FCC's)
All future cruise credit certificates that were issued for the 3 x cancelled sailings expire 31 DEC 2021.

They can be used as a deposit for a future cruise and towards the cruise fare, but not for the taxes and port fees. Only one future cruise credit per guest can be used on one reservation. If you have a balance outstanding on your future cruise credit once it has been applied to your future reservation, you will be issued with a new future cruise credit after the sailing for the outstanding balance.

We will be sending out a newsletter next week to everyone with your FCC information. We will be delighted to help you apply your FCC's on any future bookings for 2021.

The safety of all guests and crew remains the top priority for Royal Caribbean and Card Player Cruises. As soon as we have details of our continuing poker operations onboard the ships we will be sure to pass them on to you. We are expecting to resume with new protocols in the conference room and initially some limitations to allow for social distancing.

With the 2020 Alaska season cancelled, demand for the 2021 sailings will be off the chart. We have over 100 cabins reserved for our Alaska group. We also anticipate Royal Caribbean increasing pricing for the Alaska sailings 2021. Last year we had 375 guests on our Alaska Cruise. in order to avoid disappointment please book your cabin early with us and put your fully refundable $500 deposit down now.

We are certainly missing seeing all of your faces and cruising together but we know that there will be a huge celebration when we are all back together again.
